Also please note that the is a 1 week minimum for renting out the villa, except during peak periods where there is a 10 day minimum. Compared to a nearby " 5 star resort" which has rooms at 15,000 baht ($300 Euro) which aren't on the ocean and don't have private pools and jacuzzis, this luxury villa is a much better deal. Also note that we generally don't rent out this villa more than twice per year as it's a main residence, so if you want to book, please book early to avoid disappointment.
